 This Privacy Policy outlines how One Axe Shot Inc. ("Company") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses   information from users (“Users”) of www.oneaxeshot.com ("Site"). It applies to all products and services provided   by the Company.

  • Email Address

  • Event Location

  • Phone Number 

  • Date of Birth 

 *This data is collected securely through a trusted third-party booking vendor and used only to improve service delivery.

  • To contact you regarding events or bookings

  • To personalize and improve our services

  • To manage payments and cancellations

 *We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Only aggregated, non-personal demographics may be shared with           trusted affiliates for business insights.

 

c. Third-Party Websites

 Our Site may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, booking providers). These sites have their   own policies and practices, which we do not control. Users interact with these platforms at their own discretion.

d. Social Media

 One Axe Shot does not collect or use personal data from social media platforms.

 

2- Safety Rules

 To keep the axe-citement both safe and fun, all participants must:

  • Follow all safety instructions from staff

  • Wear closed-toe shoes (no heels)

  • Dress in comfortable and appropriate attire

3- Payment & Cancellation Policy

 

a. Deposit

  • A $200 deposit is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

 

b. Final Payment

  • Full payment is due 24 hours prior to the event.

  • Unpaid bookings may be canceled without notice.

 

c. Cancellation Window

  • More than 24 hours before event: Full refund minus $99 service fee, or reschedule for free

  • Less than 24 hours before event: Deposit is non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed without fees

 

d. Hazardous Weather

If weather conditions pose safety risks before or during the event, we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternatives.

 

e. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days following cancellation confirmation.​​
