Payment and Cancellation Policy:
1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $200 is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation to secure your event. If the deposit is not received, your booking may be canceled.
2. Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 24 hrs. before the event. Failure to make the payment on time may result in cancellation.
3. Cancellation Window:
- More than 24 hrs. before the event: You can cancel or reschedule your event without any fee. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund minus a $99 service fee.
- Within 24 hrs. of the event: Deposits are non-refundable. However, you have the option to reschedule your event to another available date without any additional fee.
4. Hazardous Weather: If hazardous weather conditions are present before or during the event, we will work with you to reschedule or provide other options.
5. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your event at any time, subject to availability, without any additional fees.
6. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
