2- Safety Rules

To keep the axe-citement both safe and fun, all participants must:

Follow all safety instructions from staff
Wear closed-toe shoes (no heels)
Dress in comfortable and appropriate attire

3- Payment & Cancellation Policy

a. Deposit

A $200 deposit is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

b. Final Payment

Full payment is due 24 hours prior to the event.
Unpaid bookings may be canceled without notice.

c. Cancellation Window

More than 24 hours before event: Full refund minus $99 service fee, or reschedule for free
Less than 24 hours before event: Deposit is non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed without fees

d. Hazardous Weather

If weather conditions pose safety risks before or during the event, we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternatives.

e. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days following cancellation confirmation.
