Welcome to One Axe Shot Inc. ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile axe throwing services ("Services"). By booking or participating, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old, or have signed parental/guardian consent if under 18.

All participants must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability before joining the Activity.

3. Liability Waiver
​ By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of axe throwing, including serious injury or death. You agree to hold harmless and release One Axe Shot Inc., its employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.
4. Safety Rules

Follow all safety instructions from our team.

Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. No heels.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated, acting recklessly, or presenting a safety risk.

Events may be cancelled in the case of hazardous weather. Your safety is always our top priority.

5. Booking , Payment, and Refund

We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.

Recovery actions may be taken for unpaid invoices older than 30 days.

If hazardous weather impacts your scheduled event, we will offer a refund or reschedule option.
