• Additional charge for additional time added on spot.

• No additional charge for locations within 20 miles from base location. For locations beyond 20 miles, an additional charge of $2 per mile will apply.

​Trailer Parking Instructions: 
- Ensure the parking area is flat and level to maintain the trailer's stability.
- Trailer and setup require a minimum area of 25 ft. (L) x 15 ft. (W).  
- Ensure the area is free from overhead obstructions like power lines.
- Provide free parking for the support truck.
- Ensure the parking area is easily accessible for both the trailer and participants.
- Ensure there is a clear, safe path for participants to enter and exit the area.
